After a challenging week of sailing in Fremantle, W.A., South Australia had a huge success at this years nationals with some outstanding results achieved by our local sailors.
Special mention should be made of the achievements of Alex Higgins (2nd overall) and Matt Meaney (4th overall), who have successfully qualified to represent Australia at the 2015 Optimist Worlds which will be held in Poland.
Special mention also to the South Australian A-Team who came first in the Australian Optimist National Teams Racing Championships. Congratulations to Alex and Chelsea Higgins, Alex and Sam Magarey and Matt Meaney.
